Piercing Aftercare Matters
Healing starts the moment your piercing is done. That’s why we send you home with detailed aftercare instructions and make sure you understand how to care for your new piercing. We’re also here if you have any healing questions, need help changing jewelry, or experience any issues.
You should always clean your piercings with clean hands!
Clean your piercings ONLY 2-3 times a day until recommended by your piercer.
Spray Wound Care Wash (Sterile Saline Solution) directly onto your piercing. Then spray the saline onto a clean Q-Tip, and GENTLY wipe both sides. Do not be rough or excessively move. You might wipe off crusties, dry skin, blood, etc. Pat dry with Q-Tip or gauze.
Use unscented antibacterial soap at the end of your face wash routine and shower. Let water run over your piercing to remove any soap. Exercise and sweating is fine.
It is normal to experience some initial bleeding, swelling, redness, and soreness.
You can take Ibuprofen to relieve any discomfort or swelling.
A non-alcohol mouthwash, like Biotene, will be necessary for all oral piercings. You should rinse with mouthwash after eating, drinking, or smoking. Please downsize your jewelry at the recommended time by your piercer.
DO NOT touch, rotate, or move your jewelry.
DO NOT sleep on your piercings.
DO NOT submerge your piercings in any form of water.
NO baths, pools, hot tubs, lakes, rivers, ocean, etc. Showers only.
DO NOT allow bodily fluids of any kind on or around your piercing.
Avoid any products, makeup, lotions, perfumes, etc. anywhere near the piercing.
Avoid excessive stress, drug use, excessive caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.
They can prolong the healing process.
DO NOT mix your own saline solution.
DO NOT over clean.
DO NOT use alcohol, peroxide, or ointment on your piercings. These are too drying and can cause scarring. Ointment can prevent oxygen from reaching and healing your piercing.
PIERCING AFTERCARE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

Piercing FAQs
How old do I need to be for a piercing?
We only provide services to minors of 16 or 17 years of age, with parental consent and proper paperwork.
All minors MUST have a state ID, permit, drivers license, military ID, or passport. We do accept LA Wallet. School IDs are NOT accepted. We will be comparing the minor’s ID to the parent’s ID. The last names and addresses must match. If one, or both, does not match; the minor must have a birth certificate.
If being accompanied by a legal guardian, we need legal guardianship papers.
Do piercings hurt?
Most clients describe it as a quick pinch. Our piercers are trained to make the process as smooth and painless as possible.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
For initial piercings, we only use sterilized, studio-approved jewelry. Once healed, we can help you switch to your preferred pieces.
Do you offer jewelry upgrades or replacements?
Absolutely! We carry a range of quality jewelry options and can help you choose a style that fits your look and your body.
Custom Jewelry Orders
Piercing services vary in price. You can call our shop for pricing.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
We have a wide variety of Titanium and 14k Yellow or White Gold options.
We offer custom orders every week! We must have your order in by Saturday night. Orders are placed early every Monday morning. Deliveries typically arrive by every Friday, weather permitting.
We also offer quick and sterile jewelry installations for a $10 fee.
